Salary: £25,983 – £31,573 per year.

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers and debt agents via phone and email.
• Tailor affordable and sustainable repayment plans based on individual customer circumstances.
• Conduct investigative tracing using internal systems and credit reports to verify financial data.
• Analyze customer data to uncover patterns, predict behaviors, and optimize debt recovery strategies.
• Handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy to build long-term trusting relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve debt reduction targets while maintaining high service standards.
