What you will do

• Oversee internal and TPA quality assurance audits against best practice and regulatory standards.
• Perform regular re-reviews of assessor scores to ensure calibration and scoring accuracy.
• Produce management information (MI) and analytic reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend enhancements for policies, processes, and procedures as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
• Maintain expert knowledge of London Market products, systems, and the legal/regulatory environment.
• Coach and supervise team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience in Claims Quality Assurance review handling is a must.
• Knowledge or experience of working in the Lloyd's London Market.
• Experience collaborating across multiple internal and external teams and third-party suppliers.
• Strong influencing, negotiating, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, commercial, and solution-oriented approach.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
