What you will do

• Execute high-quality content creation, including filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects.
• Manage community interactions (DMs, comments) and flag trends on TikTok and Instagram.
• Conduct social listening to analyze social sentiments and emerging trends.
• Contribute to the strategic objectives and growth of the social media channels.
• Support data collection and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work arrangement.
• English proficiency required.
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, functionalities, and platform updates.
• Proven experience in content creation with a mandatory portfolio.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere, DaVinci, or CapCut.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
• Design skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.
• Proficiency in Italian.
