Working Student HR Operations

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany

What you will do

• Support an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees.
• Help implement a new HR system and build scalable, data-driven HR processes.
• Support the integration of newly acquired teams and companies.
• Create employment contracts and maintain accurate, compliant employee documentation.
• Improve people data quality across systems, reports, and workflows.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Business Operations, and other stakeholders to improve employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• Currently studying Human Resource Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a comparable subject.
• Practical HR experience is helpful.
• Interest in data, processes, and workflows.
• Self-motivated, communicative, friendly, and able to work independently.
• Professional communication in English is required.
• Availability for on-site work in Gilching, Germany.

Nice to have

• Previous practical experience in an HR department.
