Focus on defining strategy, coordinating cross-functional execution, managing capacity and risk, and delivering measurable outcomes across engineering and business organizations.

What you will do
- Lead strategic, organization-wide programs across cloud infrastructure, platform services, AI infrastructure, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
- Define program strategies, roadmaps, success metrics, governance mechanisms, and execution frameworks.
- Drive platform transformations involving architecture modernization, automation, scalability, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
- Partner with engineering, product, security, finance, procurement, and business leaders to manage dependencies and deliver critical initiatives.
- Present program status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor technical program managers and improve program management practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, enterprise platforms, or related domains.
- Experience driving organization-level initiatives across multiple engineering teams and managing highly complex cross-functional programs.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, storage, compute platforms, and software development practices.
- Ability to define strategy, translate ambiguous objectives into executable plans, analyze metrics, manage risks, and solve complex organizational challenges.
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and influence skills, including the ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with hyperscale cloud, platform engineering, AI infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud-native architectures, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with reliability, availability, scalability, observability, security, capacity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Experience partnering with principal engineers and building or mentoring high-performing TPM teams.
- MBA or an advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
