Staff, Technical Program Manager (CoupangEats Engineering) (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and programs, from planning through completion.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve project and program management frameworks, standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, portfolios, and multiple stakeholder groups across Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, Legal, and Finance.
• Align SLAs with SLOs, conduct performance reviews, track corrective actions, and support service stability.
• Operate incident escalation processes and coordinate clear internal and external communications.
• Improve operational efficiency through documentation, collaboration tools, automation, and vendor portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or related roles in technology-driven organizations.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, frameworks, governance, and best practices.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, gaming, technology, or hyper-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience in third-party security or risk management.
• Experience using AI and automation tools such as Windsurf or ChatGPT for reporting, documentation, and workflow improvement.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or another project and Agile-related certification.
