What you will do

• Design, deliver, and improve onboarding programs for new sales hires.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to strengthen sales skills and confidence.
• Manage and update training materials, playbooks, and sales tools aligned with business needs.
• Support sales ramp-up by reinforcing fundamentals like prospecting, objection handling, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify coaching needs and improve training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Budapest, Hungary
• Experience in sales training, enablement, coaching, or sales management roles.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and impact training audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and use data to drive improvements.
