What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for AV and cinema systems both remotely and on-site.
- Perform emergency repairs, planned maintenance, and equipment installations at customer locations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Provide technical system training to customers to ensure effective equipment operation.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and complete pre-visit documentation for all site visits.
- Provide on-call support as necessary to ensure timely restoration of system operations.
Requirements
- Must be local to Des Moines, IA
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, networking, field service, or PC repair.
- 3-5 years of experience in the repair, maintenance, or theory of digital projection and audio systems.
- Ability to travel frequently, including international trips, often on short notice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks for government or defense-related client work.
