Salary: $115,080 – $218,520

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple products or platforms.

• Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across engineering, design, and operations teams.
• Establish product governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory for this government client position.
• Must work onsite in Frisco, TX 4-5 days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale digital products.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in government, transportation, or regulated industries (e.g., DMV, ADOT).
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Productboard.
