• Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Provide strategic direction for innovative software and analytics solutions.
• Oversee the optimization of Oracle database solutions and BI tools like MicroStrategy.
• Manage and mentor software and data teams to foster a high-performance environment.
• Establish project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives using JIRA.
• Support system operations and performance optimization using Linux expertise.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product development or data analytics.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Expertise in Oracle database technologies and BI environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA and agile development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy as a primary BI tool.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
