What you will do

• Provide operational advisory to bankers for new business pitching and deal execution.
• Prepare financing deal executions, including structuring and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage timelines for deal closure and coordinate internal and external announcements.
• Review deal documents and prospectuses from an operational perspective.
• Ensure accurate bookings and transactions are ready for settlement before deal closure.
• Prepare and submit deal-related reports to counterparties and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Professional Japanese language skills (Mandatory)
• Solid understanding of basic capital markets functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to drive deals, initiatives, and projects across multiple teams.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work towards targets with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in banking/syndicate operations or Equity/FICC middle/back office environments.
