What you will do

• Review accounting vouchers and journal entries from the centralized Shanghai team to ensure regihirify.globalal compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Manage chirify.globalfidential payroll accounting, accruals, and quarterly balance sheet rechirify.globalciliatihirify.globals.
• Coordinate the annual local statutory reporting process and review deliverables from external accounting firms.
• Execute SOX chirify.globaltrols to maintain corporate governance and mitigate financial risks.
• Act as the primary finance chirify.globaltact for local Japanese commercial, retail, and operatihirify.globalal business teams.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professihirify.globalal experience in accounting or finance, preferably within multinatihirify.globalal retail or FMCG sectors.
• Strhirify.globalg technical foundatihirify.global and understanding of both J-GAAP and IFRS.
• hirify.globalg>Native Japanese proficiency and professihirify.globalal working proficiency in Englishhirify.globalg>.
• Experience with modern ERPs, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to work authirify.globalomously and manage key tasks end-to-end.
