What you will do

• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement to integrate Finance Applications into go-to-market strategies.
• Create and deliver executive-level sales plays, presentations, ROI insights, customer stories, and enablement content.
• Distill domain expertise into actionable tactics for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Influence long-term product and GTM strategy using market trends, CFO feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Guide prospects and customers on best practices for hirify.global’s Finance Applications and financial planning transformations.
• Support sales in key opportunities with executive credibility and conduct discovery workshops.
• Act as thought leader at industry events, engaging C-level executives through content and presentations.

Requirements

• 15+ years in corporate finance (FP&A), strategic finance, or related field, with leadership or advisory experience.
• Experience leading or advising major finance transformation projects for large enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial management solutions.
• Proven C-level consultative selling or strategic advisory experience, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Understanding of hirify.global’s platform highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for executive workshops with CFO offices.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
