What you will do
- Run social listening analysis on campaign performance, cultural trends, and competitor activity to inform brand and product strategies.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys and concept tests.
- Produce rapid intelligence reports and dashboards for key launches, events, and competitive moments.
- Translate complex, unstructured data into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to a global reporting framework to ensure consistency across regional teams.
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Growth Strategists to optimize content measurement and performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in social listening, market research, or consumer insights.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools such as Meltwater, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, and data analysis.
- Expert understanding of audience behavior on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity for varied audiences.
- Must be based in the US to align with the San Francisco hub operations.
