Global AI Solutions Director (Financial Services)

Location: New York City, USA (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Translate Product R&D advancements into high-value business outcomes, sales playbooks, and GTM strategies for the Financial Services sector.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CEOs, CDOs, CIOs) while maintaining deep technical credibility with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align AI solutions with market dynamics and customer pain points.
• Provide deep industry-specific AI expertise during high-value sales cycles to validate architecture and calculate ROI.
• Design and deliver cutting-edge AI reference architectures and technical prototypes (MVPs) for use cases like fraud detection and risk modeling.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at global conferences and through research-backed thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
• 10+ years of experience within the Financial Services ecosystem implementing AI, ML, or advanced data analytics in production.
• Deep hands-on familiarity with LLMs, RAG architecture, vector databases, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build technical prototypes and design production-grade reference architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a highly technical discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to pivot between technical whiteboarding and executive strategy.
