What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of product analysts, raising the bar on technical excellence.
• Own the analytics vision for the Tools & Workflow domain in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Oversee the creation of accurate, scalable data products and define key business metrics.
• Establish the gold standard for A/B testing and advanced experimentation (causal inference) to accelerate decision-making.
• Spearhead the development of analytical solutions for automation impact and conversational analytics.
• Manage end-to-end analytical projects within the customer support domain from design to delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record in data analytics within product companies, including managerial experience.
• University degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Outstanding SQL skills and profound proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and data architecture for scalable and reliable data models.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end A/B testing and experience with causal inference methods.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid model).
