Product Analytics Manager, Platform (AI)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid, with at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of product analysts.
• Own the analytics vision for the Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to shape strategy and prioritise opportunities.
• Define key metrics and establish best practices for A/B testing and product decision-making.
• Develop scalable analytical solutions, including self-service data products, automation impact measurement, and conversational analytics.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects in the customer support domain while enabling team adoption of new tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics within product companies and managerial experience leading high-performing teams.
• University degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
• Outstanding SQL skills and profound Python or R skills, with an AI-native approach to work.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, data visualisation, data architecture, and scalable, reliable data models.
• Strong business acumen, communication, leadership, and ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
• Experience with end-to-end A/B testing, including advanced experimentation and causal inference methods.
