Senior BI Analyst

What you will do

• Define, document, and govern core KPI calculations and reporting standards.
• Partner with executive, product, sales, and operations teams to turn ambiguous questions into actionable analytical projects.
• Apply statistical methods to identify trends, test hypotheses, and quantify business impact.
• Build scalable dashboards, reports, self-service tooling, and semantic-layer definitions.
• Develop reusable data models, data quality checks, and automated reporting workflows.
• Administer Salesforce data and support CRM reporting needs.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of KPI definition, metric governance, and statistical analysis.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, data models, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Ability to frame ambiguous business questions and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ability to establish data quality standards and maintain reliable analytical foundations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia.

Hiring process
