Senior Data Analyst (Robotics)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid work with office attendance 1–2 times a week

What you will do

• Investigate root causes behind commercial and business trends, such as changes in order conversion and delivery performance.
• Support market expansion decisions by evaluating unit economics, drivability, routing efficiency, demographics, store popularity, and other factors.
• Build dynamic analytical tools and partner dossiers that help Commercial leaders make evidence-based decisions.
• Partner with Field Operations to define problems, quantify impact, set targets, and measure whether improvements work.
• Identify the largest opportunities across partner satisfaction, customer experience, delivery cost, and revenue per robot.
• Connect robot telemetry, partner order data, walking distances, terrain, courier ETAs, demographics, and weather-related information.

Requirements

• Solid experience in business, growth, product, BI, data analysis, data science, solutions engineering, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Experience taking analytical topics end-to-end, from initial idea through execution and presentation.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical teams, Commercial and Operations, and senior management.
• Pragmatic judgement about choosing between spreadsheets, dashboards, pipelines, and ML models.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Databricks, Python, or R.
• Experience with semantic or metric layers.
