What you will do
- Manage end-to-end execution of performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social channels.
- Own budgets, bids, targeting, and pacing to hit CAC, pipeline, and ROAS targets.
- Develop a repeatable creative engine, turning customer data and field insights into a steady pipeline of ad concepts.
- Run disciplined test plans across hooks, formats, and offers, scaling winning ads and cutting losing ones.
- Analyze and optimize landing page performance through conversion rate experiments.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and brand teams to ensure paid media reinforces the overall funnel.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally from a digital or performance agency background.
- Deep, hands-on experience managing real budgets and owning outcomes in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven B2B account experience with an understanding of long sales cycles and pipeline quality.
- A creative strategist's eye for briefing ad concepts and analyzing creative performance.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to own work without supervision and bring strategic ideas to the table.
- Proficiency with AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping to accelerate the creative process.
Nice to have
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Experience designing your own ad creative.
