What you will do

• Analyze and optimize research workflows to remove bottlenecks and implement scalable standards.
• Manage the research tool ecosystem, including licenses, onboarding, and the adoption of AI tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Oversee participant operations, including recruitment, scheduling, consent management, and GDPR compliance.
• Maintain the research repository and knowledge management platforms to ensure data hygiene and insight visibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to align research with regulatory standards.
• Define and track operational metrics such as recruitment efficiency and study throughput.

Requirements

• Experience in UX Research, operations, product, or service design environments.
• Strong understanding of UXR workflows, participant operations, and governance.
• Proven track record of improving operational processes, systems, or tooling.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office 3 days per week.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with tools like Dovetail, UserTesting, Maze, or Qualtrics.
• Experience with GDPR, consent management, and research ethics.
• Interest in AI tooling and workflow automation within digital delivery environments.
