Graduate Programme 2027: Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Graduate Product Designer (Fintech): Designing end-to-end flows and prototypes for a global financial super app with an accent on user research and customer testing. Focus on solving complex financial problems and iterating designs based on data-driven insights and performance reviews.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK (attendance in office required at least 3 days per week)

Salary: PLN 15,700 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems.
• Conduct user research and utilize insights to guide design decisions.
• Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes to solve problems elegantly.
• Run customer testing sessions and iterate designs based on direct feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement design solutions.
• Review product performance after release to identify areas for further improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in design or a similar field, graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Predicted or achieved 2:1 grade or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Full-time availability starting in early or late 2027.
• Ability to work from a Revolut office 3 days per week.
• Proactive attitude and an ambitious, results-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages.
• Experience as an entrepreneur or having worked in a startup.
