What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional efforts to shape category strategy and conduct RFP/RFI processes.
• Build and proactively manage relationships with strategic suppliers and industry players.
• Manage the contract lifecycle for strategic technology SaaS agreements.
• Develop commercial strategies and lead complex negotiations, including pricing models and volume tiers.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Third-Party Risk Management to ensure governance alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advanced business or supply chain degree preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Expertise in leading complex sourcing events, deal structuring, and multi-variable pricing models.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding supplier economics, cost drivers, and margin structures.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Location: Must be based in Tulsa, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, or Oklahoma City.
