What you will do

• Strategically drive the business side of new product introductions (NPI) and manage the headset product lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations to drive S&OP, forecasting, and inventory management for optimized supply chain efficiency.
• Execute commercial initiatives including pricing strategies and channel development to maintain portfolio vitality.
• Track and report financial performance of the portfolio to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure global alignment and execution.

Requirements

• Expertise in audio technology, B2C & B2B industry trends, and consumer behavior analysis.
• Proven experience in creating and executing product portfolio strategies based on market data.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting sales teams with product roadmaps, messaging, and launch strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's is a plus).
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
