What you will do

• Lead commercial viability and fiscal performance for the product line, including revenue and margin analysis.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the customer value proposition.
• Leverage market data and competitive insights to ensure long-term commercial success.
• Partner with R&D and engineering teams to drive the development and sustainment of products.
• Engage with customers to collect feedback and act as a customer advocate within the organization.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to execute successful product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong background in project management and driving commercial performance.
• Technical ability to understand complex concepts, specifically the integration of hardware, controls, and software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Ability to wear PPE (safety shoes, hard hat) and stand for a standard 8-hour workday during site visits.

Nice to have

• Master's of Business or Doctorate of Science.
• Experience in the material handling and supply chain industry.
• PMP certification or 5 years of direct project management experience.
