What you will do

• Conduct daily trading across all hirify.global-managed models, including equity, ETF, mutual fund, and fixed-income orders.
• Own rebalancing workflows at scale, focusing on tax-aware trading, tax-loss harvesting, and direct indexing.
• Strengthen trading infrastructure by refining processes, controls, and tooling for scalability.
• Audit and analyze member accounts to ensure strict adherence to investment plans and model portfolios.
• Communicate rebalancing activities and trading mechanics to HNW and UHNW members in plain language.
• Collaborate with advisors and the investment team to support model changes and specialized account handling.

Requirements

• CFA and/or CFP designations.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• 5+ years of experience in trading or portfolio operations at an RIA or other asset manager.
• Experience interfacing with HNW and UHNW individuals.
• Proven expertise in direct indexing, tax-loss harvesting, and tax-aware trading.
• Prior experience working within a fintech or high-growth startup environment.
