What you will do
- Monitor and update salary benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness across global regions.
- Manage relationships with benchmarking service providers and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to anticipate shifts in compensation and benefits trends.
- Administer and optimize the pay review process.
- Develop and enhance employee wellness and benefits offerings.
- Deliver actionable people analytics and rewards-related documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ukraine
- 2-4 years of experience in developing global compensation ranges.
- Proficiency with Mercer and Korn Ferry platforms.
- Experience developing compensation ranges for at least two countries.
- English proficiency: B2 level minimum
- Experience with HRIS or similar HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT profiles and compensation structures.
- Familiarity with reports from Ernst & Young, AON, WTW, and local providers.
- Skills in analyzing and creating benefits packages.
