What you will do

• Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions to gather and refine business needs.
• Translate requirements into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Advise on ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices to ensure scalable solutions.
• Drive ITIL-aligned process design across core ITSM workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, reduce redundancy, and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient technical delivery.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, ITSM, or ServiceNow consulting roles.
• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its ITSM modules.
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and translating needs into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise working within ITIL frameworks to drive process improvements.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hartford, CT.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification (advanced certifications are a plus).
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow no-code/low-code configuration concepts.
• Background in consulting or large-scale transformation initiatives.
