What you will do
- Manage the intake, evaluation, and lifecycle of AI use cases across the ServiceNow platform.
- Align AI initiatives with enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and production readiness standards.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Facilitate governance processes for AI-related initiatives from ideation through deployment.
- Coordinate activities across multiple ServiceNow tenants, development teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release preparation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, including Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Irving, TX.
