What you will do

• Lead a specialized rapid response team to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks in critical, off-track transformation initiatives.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to restructure stalled projects and define recovery paths to ensure value realization.
• Deploy delivery experts to provide intensive, short-term support and unblock critical path items for project teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations on the reallocation of talent and capital to high-potential initiatives.
• Synthesize findings from diagnostic work to build enterprise-wide capability and avoid common execution pitfalls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy or operations management consulting firm.
• 2+ years of experience delivering fast-paced strategy and transformation projects in a large corporate environment.
• Deep expertise in financial modelling and operational process re-engineering.
• Extensive experience navigating and influencing at the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and C-suite level.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-potential talent in high-pressure, project-based environments.
