Location: Hybrid in Bangkok, APAC region. Ability to travel within the region as needed.

What you will do
- Manage daily operations of onboarding teams across APAC region.
- Achieve regional targets and team KPIs.
- Foster customer-centric culture and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, support, product teams for smooth handoffs and enhancements.
- Analyze performance, report on trends, and identify improvements.

- Proven success managing customer-facing SaaS teams with extensive experience.
