Director, Customer Onboarding Success - APAC (SaaS): Lead regional onboarding teams to ensure successful customer activation and platform engagement for hotel commerce solutions with an accent on operational management, KPI achievement, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving early retention, revenue growth, and continuous improvement through performance analysis and customer feedback integration.

Location: Hybrid in Bangkok, APAC region. Ability to travel within the region as needed.

What you will do

  • Manage daily operations of onboarding teams across APAC region.
  • Achieve regional targets and team KPIs.
  • Foster customer-centric culture and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, product teams for smooth handoffs and enhancements.
  • Analyze performance, report on trends, and identify improvements.

  • Proven success managing customer-facing SaaS teams with extensive experience.
  • Leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel within APAC region.
