What you will do

• Build, test, and schedule email campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo.
• Maintain client email marketing calendars and coordinate with designers and copywriters.
• Analyze key performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and revenue attribution to produce regular reports.
• Develop and refine advanced segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Advise e-commerce clients on list growth, engagement strategies, and list health maintenance.
• Present campaign strategies and results clearly during client meetings.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional email marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, including complex flows, list management, and analytics.
• Deep understanding of email deliverability, list cleaning, and segmentation strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to turn performance data into strategic growth plans.
• Commitment to work the required hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT).
• Familiarity with Shopify e-commerce platform.

Nice to have

• Experience with alternative platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ReDo, or Attentive.
