Salary: $252,960 – $430,030 USD

What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise data architecture vision, roadmap, and governance model across all product surfaces.
• Lead the transformation toward a unified, scalable data ecosystem to reduce fragmentation and improve customer experience.
• Establish canonical data models and a single source of truth strategy for Salesforce, microservices, and third-party integrations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to design a unified, UI-facing data layer and high-performance API standards.
• Enable enterprise AI initiatives by building reliable, high-quality, and well-governed data foundations.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing data architecture and engineering function.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering, including senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success defining and scaling enterprise data strategies for SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce data models and enterprise-scale integration patterns.
• Proven ability to design systems supporting both real-time product experiences and AI/analytics workloads.
• Strong knowledge of modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel periodically to engineering hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience in CLM, CPQ, or revenue operations platforms.
• Familiarity with PROS pricing platform data architecture.
• Exposure to advanced AI architectures supporting agentic or generative AI.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth transformation environments.
