Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico)

What you will do
- Lead a team of field sellers to formulate and execute strategies to maximize business growth.
- Manage team performance to achieve individual, team, and organizational revenue quotas.
- Coach direct reports on pipeline and forecasting activities to drive deal closure.
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of the cybersecurity portfolio to solve customer problems.
- Recruit, hire, and train a winning sales team while upholding core company values.
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with C-suite executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS-based architectures, preferably in networking or security industries.
- 3+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of successful sales pipeline management and consistent revenue delivery.
- Experience with channel and partner sales models.
- Must have valid work authorization for Mexico; no immigration sponsorship is provided.
