What you will do

  • Lead a team of field sellers to formulate and execute strategies to maximize business growth.
  • Manage team performance to achieve individual, team, and organizational revenue quotas.
  • Coach direct reports on pipeline and forecasting activities to drive deal closure.
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge of the cybersecurity portfolio to solve customer problems.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a winning sales team while upholding core company values.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with C-suite executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS-based architectures, preferably in networking or security industries.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of successful sales pipeline management and consistent revenue delivery.
  • Experience with channel and partner sales models.
  • Must have valid work authorization for Mexico; no immigration sponsorship is provided.
