TL;DR

Senior Associate Automation Engineer (AI/Low-code): Designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions to optimize business operations with an accent on no-code/low-code automation. Location: Must be based in or near the Denver area (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Design and build AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions from scratch.
  • Diagnose operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements using low-code/no-code tools.
  • Research and test emerging generative AI tools to solve specific business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate challenges into solvable automation problem statements.
  • Develop digital prototypes and document findings for stakeholders.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented digital solutions on business performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
  • Proficiency with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Hands-on experience building automations with tools like n8n or Airtable.
  • Must be based in or near the Denver area for a hybrid schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
