What you will do

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and provide expert AI solution consulting.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from design and development to deployment.
• Conduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and presales support for hirify.global AI products.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI bots and machine learning solutions with client systems.
• Monitor and optimize deployed solutions to ensure maximum value realization post-deployment.
• Provide feedback to product teams regarding API, documentation, and architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel as needed.
• 6+ years of experience leading software development or professional services projects.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial IVR applications, speech recognition, and bot platforms like Google Dialogflow or Amazon Lex.
• Strong technical background in web development with experience in webhooks and fulfillment.
• English proficiency (C1+) is required for effective interaction with business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles handling complex situations.

• Professional certifications in AI or related fields.
