TL;DR
Integration Engineer (Workato): Designing, building, and maintaining complex integration and automation workflows with an accent on Workato platform expertise and API connectivity. Focus on automating business processes, integrating AI-powered solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance.
Location: Must be based in Prague or able to work onsite 3 days per week at DOCK IN (Prague 8)

What you will do
- Design, build, and support automated workflows using the Workato platform.
- Automate business processes by connecting internal systems and third-party applications.
- Integrate AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Own complex integration solutions from design to implementation.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing integration infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato on complex business workflows.
- Strong understanding of API principles including REST and SOAP.
- Proficiency in database query languages such as SQL and SOQL.
- Experience writing custom logic using Workato scripting, formulas, and code steps.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Prague.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and execution discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience building CPQ flows or using Workato Agentic.
- Development experience with Python or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience building custom connectors using Workato SDK.
- Familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions.
