What you will do

• Develop backend applications for various hirify.global clouds including Heroku and Slack.
• Design and tune robust APIs and frameworks for high-scale, multi-tenant environments.
• Integrate AI agents into human workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Utilize AI development tools like Cursor and Claude to push boundaries in code quality and security.
• Contribute to shared system context repositories to ensure AI outputs remain reliable and production-ready.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service availability and resolve complex real-time issues.

Requirements

• Technical degree required.
• 3+ years of backend software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented languages such as Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python, or Node.js.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and experience with AI development workflows.
• Broad knowledge of web standards including REST, SOAP, HTTP, and JSON.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office).
