What you will do

• Act as the core technical expert for the Workato enterprise integration platform to ensure reliability and security.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure integrations between various business systems.
• Implement integrations according to governance policies and security standards to ensure data integrity.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for cross-departmental integration issues.
• Review in-product and custom integration paths for new systems to assess technical fit and security.
• Build robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an integrations engineer with a strong focus on enterprise platforms.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Workato, including recipe development and connector configuration.
• Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and secure integration protocols.
• Strong knowledge of secure data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Must be based in the USA and possess valid work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and ERP data structures, specifically Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience with AI tools and securely integrating AI into custom automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
