Salary: $43,888 - $111,900 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual sales training plans to support business objectives.
• Develop and provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos for the sales force.
• Review and purchase potential sales contracts during on-site dealer visits.
• Participate in regional meetings, trade shows, and special industry events.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training techniques and program suitability.

Requirements

• Automotive, Finance, and Sales experience is required.
• Valid state driver's license for significant local travel.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Web Applications.
• Strong supervisory, management, and professional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Previous experience in outside sales.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL.
