What you will do

• Lead supplier risk assessment and due diligence processes, including human rights, environmental, and geopolitical risk analysis.
• Manage supplier onboarding sustainability screening and risk segmentation frameworks.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and track corrective action plans (CAPs) to ensure timely closure.
• Oversee supplier audits (RBA audits, SAQs) and maintain accountability for audit findings and non-conformances.
• Translate responsible sourcing regulations and internal policies into supplier-facing processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams to drive risk management improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, compliance, risk management, or responsible sourcing.
• Experience managing supplier audits, due diligence programs, or compliance frameworks (e.g., RBA, OECD).
• Knowledge and experience with due diligence regulations, specifically CSDDD.
• Strong analytical and data management skills using Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams.
