What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize semantic data models in Tableau to support self-service analytics and enterprise reporting.
• Develop and maintain high-performance Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Partner with data engineering teams to validate data pipelines in Databricks for seamless BI integration.
• Drive the migration strategy from Looker to Databricks + Tableau to ensure high adoption.
• Implement best practices in data governance, security, and performance optimization for BI assets.
• Identify and resolve complex data discrepancies and dashboard performance issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing dashboards in Tableau and consolidated expertise in Data Visualization.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience manipulating large volumes of data.
• Strong foundation in Dimensional Data Modelling.
• Familiarity with ETL methodologies and data integration tools.
• English: Advanced level is essential.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.
