What you will do

• Perform daily margin calculations and validate margin call amounts in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve margin exceptions, including non-call issuance and late liquidations.
• Execute manual margin calculations and overrides for complex or high-value client accounts.
• Ensure firm-wide compliance with Reg T and FINRA Rule 4210 governance standards.
• Partner with Risk, Credit, Sales, and Technology teams to resolve client disputes and margin-related inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in cross-regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Solid understanding of operational products, risks, controls, and escalation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT.
