What you will do

• Define and articulate the design vision for critical product initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to final execution.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap through high-quality design perspectives.
• Establish and evolve design standards, patterns, and the design system.
• Provide mentorship and craft feedback to designers across the organization.
• Integrate AI tools into the design lifecycle for exploration and prototyping.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record as a senior IC contributor on complex consumer products.
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
• Proficiency in modern design tooling and fluency with front-end development.
• Experience operating at the product strategy level.
• Comfort using AI tools across the design process.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
