Salary: $148,800 – $256,700

What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components, patterns, and frameworks across delivery teams.
• Translate product concepts into technical designs and incremental deliverables to provide high-quality customer value.
• Establish, document, and advocate for technical standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions, spike investigations, and architecture reviews to align with long-term platform strategy.
• Mentor engineers through constructive code reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues across distributed architectures to drive sustainable long-term fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and .NET Core.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in at least three of the following: RESTful/GraphQL, Serverless (AWS Lambda/Azure Functions), Docker/Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Event-driven architectures (Kafka).
• Proven experience with componentized, microservices, or distributed architectures.
• Ability to travel to and work onsite at office locations as business needs require.
