Senior Product Manager (Marketing Platforms)

Senior Product Manager (MarTech): Leading product execution for Adobe Campaign, AEP, and AJO to unify roadmap direction and modernize campaign capabilities with an accent on customer data foundation and journey orchestration. What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for Adobe Campaign, AEP, or AJO, translating business priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, analytics, marketing, and vendor partners.
• Improve customer data capabilities to support audience strategy and MarTech modernization.
• Lead platform setup and readiness while driving innovation from concept to adoption for developers.
• Establish operating rhythms for backlog management, decision-making, and communication.
• Mentor junior product managers and lead complex cross-team efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in MarTech, CRM, or customer data platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign, AEP, AJO, or similar enterprise marketing platforms.
• Proven track record of owning roadmap delivery and translating business needs into requirements.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across technical and business teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warren, MI (Hybrid).
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in the full Adobe ecosystem (AEM, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale enterprise CRM or customer data environments.
• Agile product management and release planning experience.
