What you will do

• Drive sales growth in high-growth market sectors across North America.
• Qualify new customers and cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Develop technical proposals and perform basic thermal calculations to design effective heating solutions.
• Manage the full order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material returns authorizations.
• Attend industry events to drive awareness and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts to ensure goals are met.

Requirements

• Must reside in Tennessee.
• At least 2+ years of experience in outside sales or within the service industry.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and working with a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
