Salary: $85,000 – $130,000+ OTE

What you will do
- Convert warm leads into closed loan applications within 1–2 calls.
- Manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions to ensure efficient processing.
- Identify customer financial pain points and articulate the value of loan products.
- Exceed daily and weekly performance targets to maximize commission earnings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRM systems efficiently.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Must be based in Texas.
