What you will do

Requirements

• Experience working in online retail or a similar customer-focused digital environment.
• Comfort working in Agile teams and staying close to delivery.
• Ability to run workshops, challenge constructively, and bring clarity to ambiguous areas.
• Confidence analyzing data and using it to guide decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence decisions and align stakeholders.

Hiring process

• Two-stage process: a 30-minute Teams call with members of the BA community, followed by a one-hour face-to-face interview with the hiring team.
