Sr. Director, Product Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define a multi-year product strategy and bold vision for the fund accounting and financial management platform.
• Lead product family roadmap creation, dependency tracking, and delivery status.
• Integrate AI tools into the PM workflow to accelerate research, discovery, and rapid prototyping.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Partner with executive leadership to connect roadmaps to company objectives, pricing, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and R&D to balance innovation with time-to-market realities.

Requirements

• 12+ years in a software/SaaS environment, including 10+ years in PM leadership and 5+ years managing product families.
• Must be based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated, meaningful use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as core infrastructure in PM workflows.
• Proven track record of leading organizations through transformation (process, technology, or M&A).
• Strong understanding of networks, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and Agile practices.
• Proficiency with Jira for product management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fund accounting, nonprofit, or government finance software.
• Experience working specifically with Associations and/or Nonprofits.
