What you will do

• Inspire, lead, and develop a team of three product managers.
• Define and develop the product roadmap for the Payments domain, representing key deliverables and market direction.
• Track execution and manage sprint scoping in close collaboration with the development team.
• Act as the primary domain expert for both customer needs and product capabilities.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to identify business needs and integrate them into the roadmap.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience as a product manager for web-based B2B SaaS products.
• 3+ years of direct management experience leading other product managers.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and strong business orientation.
• Previous experience working within a startup environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Relevant academic degree.
